WHERE IS KIROSÉ LOCATED?
KIROSÉ is a modest fashion label based in Switzerland. We operate exclusively online and do not have a physical store.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently ship within Switzerland only
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, processing may take a little longer. Delivery within Switzerland typically takes 2–3 business days.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
There is no general right of return.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or faulty products.
In such cases, the customer must submit a complaint within 5 days of receipt via email to info@kirose.ch, including clear proof of the defect (e.g., photos or videos).
Return items must be:
✅ Unworn & in original condition
✅ In original packaging with tags attached
